New task versions can not be used due to incorrect versioning #204

Hi, @colindembovsky,

our pipelines use the VersionAssemblies task version

2.2.178 — from the extension version 1.1.178 updated on Nov 17, 2017 (as I suppose)

instead of

2.2.152 — from the extension version 1.4.152 updated on Nov 27, 2021 (currently the latest one).

The VersionAssemblies task version needs to be updated at least to 2.2.179.

The agent uses the latest available task version from the extension, so it should never be downgraded.
