Don't ping users when running "ladder" command in IRC bot #3

Currently running "BOTNAME ladder" lists all players and their win/loss/ratings. This pings every IRC player currently in the channel.

If we optionally prefix each name with some random string it won't ping them. E.g. instead of "colin" it should show "UserColin".
