Commons Lang3 3.10 and above cause a program hang during client initialization and configuration step. There may be some incompatibility introduced in 3.10 that should be looked into. This upgrade is not required, but it would be nice to have it up-to-date.

Updated org.apache.commons:commons-lang3 from 3.6 -> 3.9
