Describe the bug

Openpilot will not even attempt to work on this car. Sunnypilot will allow me to select 23 Civic which throws the CAN error. Steering works at all speeds but ACC will not engage at all. It briefly flashes on and turns right back off.

Honda Civic 2024 (Manual)
