Host FS doesn't do DEVICE NOT PRESENT for device 9 #391

When using the host FS bridge (i.e. not using -sdcard), DEVICE NOT PRESENT does not get reported when using a device number other than 8. Example:

DOS"9
DOS"$" :REM KEEPS PRINTING "0<CR>"
DOS: REM KEEPS PRINTING "<SHIFT+O>"
