A new release for this pipeline ?

Hi,

I just have a question about official releases of this pipeline. I saw that some tags are existing for this pipeline and the last one is v.1.3.0, tagged the 23 Dec 2020. But files on the master branch as evolved since this date so I would know if we could have an actual official verified release of this pipeline on github ? (I need to know the exact release I'm using for the accreditation of covid analysis performed in my institution).

Hi,

Yep this is planned - the management of the updates needs to be aligned with updates within PHW to make sure that any changes are properly validated as part of our accredited service. Hopefully this will be getting updated before too long, though.
