Add examples of using connection plugin into documentation

SUMMARY

When looking at the containers.podman.buildah connection plugin documentation I have no idea how to use the plugin. Having examples directly in documentation may help a lot. The same is valid for containers.podman.podman.

Probably the following blog post can be used as the base, but I'm not fully sure as they are 5 years old.

A similar example was recently added to kubernetes.core.kubectl connection plugin, the commit is here ansible-collections/kubernetes.core@fb80d97
