Epic domain

As a continuation of #2224, we would like to iterate and improve the initial integration of InstructLab.

Scope

  • In order to allow users discovering a larger spectrum of InstructLab, we would like to provide the ability to start the InstructLab UI. In general that UI facilites the authoring of taxonomies and skills needed by InstructLab.

  • Performances: the initial InstructLab container is not optimized for GPU on mac/windows. So we would like to enable this by proposing to InstructLab team the needed changes and additions for their containers.
