Your smartthings fucks the standard HA integration up

I had a nice working HA standard integration for smartthings working, controlling dryer and washing machine.
I recently added a fridge and had the known problem that temperatures where not showing so i installed your HACS smartthings.

As a result, al my sensors for dryer and washer are gone....
You really need to change the name of this HACS so one can differentiate between HA and HACS integration.

I also propose you review your code so that it not demolishes the HA working sensors.
