Add PR ID as a matcher #15

Would be useful to have a matcher for PR ID, e.g. [pr] or something like that.

contentful-action/src/utils.ts

Lines 93 to 102 in ff77c2d

This way it'd be easier to re-map back to a specific PR from the Webhook event.
