Can resolve unexpected behaviors, notably on ELAN1200 I2C trackpad. Ported from torvalds/linux@670784f Also ports torvalds/linux@e58926e
runAction is not allowed in interrupt loop.
The bug can cause panic or unresponsive touchpad.
Removed unnecessary read activities and added passive delay instead.
Uncertain if functional difference exists for VoodooGPIO Ports torvalds/linux@1bd2315

in interrupt handler. It won't happen in normal condition though.
