Again leftovers from old java service for putting data into DB. It was made in such way like like using a lot of UUIDs it's again really bad way maybe influence on speed is not really high because of indexes but it will save a bit space. And again using internal IDs it will simplify queries and interface.

But actually plan is to implement another API in parallel of existing.
