建议以下配置可以保存：

侧边栏、弹幕、自动重连、保存到我的文档、道具和老爷、窗口置顶，这几个复选框的勾选状态
插件的启用状态

插件啟用狀態應該由插件自行解決. 彈幕姬允許插件自啟
另外幾個暫時不做懶
