"Open until" subtitle under facility name sometimes displays "Closed"

Occasionally, the subtitle that says "Open until" will change to "Closed" and become red even when the facility is still open. This probably has to do with our app refreshing data incorrectly.

The issue also occurs seemingly irregularly:

• you have to either have the app open for a long time, or
• exit the app (leaving it in background on a facility detail page) and come back
