Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With the grappling hook you can do cool things like hanging actors under a dropship, but in terms of using the grappling hook for mobility it's a bit lacking.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd love it if the grappling hook could have a little more control, for one by adjusting how hard the hook gets shot out based on how long the left mouse button was held. Often I just want to fling my hook to the top of a hill and it instead flings to the other side of the map.

A more complex idea is if the grappling hook wasn't just a straight line, but would instead be simulated as a few line segments so it'd wrap around terrain. Currently, when you fire a grappling hook and it lands behind a hill it'll try to drag you through the hill, but if the rope were simulated as rigid line segments then the actor would be pulled over the hill and would be slung down.
