If I understood correctly, DRAGON computes the particle spectrum
$$ \frac{dn}{dE} $$
(number of particles per unit volume per unit energy)
and estimates the particle flux (number of particles per unit area per unit energy per unit solid angle per unit time) as
$$ \phi = \frac{c}{4\pi} \frac{dn}{dE} $$
Is this correct?
Shouldn't it be $ \phi = \frac{v}{4\pi} \frac{dn}{dE} $?
