delete attic at first approve option doesn't work

1. I saved and approved a page;
2. two users made two draft revisions;
3. I approved the revised page.

All users, even with read-only permissions, can still access and read the intermediate drafts (2.) between the two approved revisions (1. and 3.).
I'm using 2023-04-04 "Jack Jackrum" dokuwiki version. Please, let me know if you need additional information.
