When user opens app with Location turned off, the default android notification to turn on bluetooth appears three times.

Describe the bug

Every time I open the app and have my location setting off, the app shows the default android dialog asking user to open location settings and turn location on, and if I press no, it appears three times instead of 1.

To Reproduce

Open app with location off.

Expected behavior

Get asked once.

Actual behavior

Got asked thrice.
