Still having Diamond issues

No matter what the value I put, All Males are diamonds. I tried the diamond change by it self. Nothing changed.

Same issue here. Tried several preset values as well as manually setting minimum and maximum via the slider. Kept deleting population files and reloading maps to test. All males are diamonds and all females are max possible score. Setting to "Game Defaults" or removing the mod and generating a new population file results in 1-2 male diamonds per map.
