Experiencing the exact same issue in #112 in Craft 4.x. This continues to happen randomly.

I'm having this same issue as @siebird running Craft 4.13.2 and Shopify 4.1.2.

Hi All

Do you see this issue when in normal operation syncing using the webhooks or is this when you are syncing via the CLI?

Thanks!

Hi All

Is this issue still occurring for you? Do you see any errors in your logs that are related to the Shopify web hooks?

Thanks!

I do not see anything in my logs searching for [ERROR], shopify, hooks.

Hi @beckbailey

Can you make sure you are on the latest compatible version of the plugin.

After that please can you run a full sync using the command line tool craft shopify/sync/all and posted the screenshot of the completed task or errors here. If it was successful could you check if all the data is present.

Then we can take a further look into this.

Thanks!

@nfourtythree - I updated to the latest version of the plugin. When I run the command I get:
"Error: REST request failed: "Exceeded 2 calls per second for api client. Reduce request rates to resume uninterrupted service."

Hi @beckbailey

Thank you for your response.

Does the error persist if you use the --throttle option when calling the sync command? (Note this will increase the length of time for the initial sync)

Thanks

@nfourtythree thank you I wasn't aware of the throttle option. I applied it and synced successfully with no errors and no null variants!

Hi @beckbailey

Great news that this is all working for you.

We will close this issue now things are working and for the fact that we are currently working on a new version of this plugin which we believe will also mitigate issues like this in the future.

Thanks!
