Events not appearing in calendar - new installation

I have an account at GoDaddy and have used Installatron to install the Webcalendar app at www.barriskell.com/calendar. It all seems to work, and the activity log shows events being created but a) No matter what date and time I set they all seem to be changed November 2 2021 and b) despite the admin approving the events they never appear on the actual calendar, on 02/11/21 or any other date.

All the events do show up in the activity log.

I've setup www.barriskell.com/calendar/phpinfo.php if anyone wants to look and see if its the basic PHP config that is causing the issue.
