create table mysql not happening even if already there

Envoked Webcal install from my website. Ran thru OK to create/update tables. that step comes back with two line message of, Error and then Error executing query.
I've tried following thru the php files temorarily putting echos in but nothing shows. Tables are created, admin user in place, then it dies. Connections to the databse are working.

Any pointers
