Could you please provide details about the distribution license for the rem/h264/sps.c source code that you've developed? I've noted that the overall project's README indicates a BSD license, however, there are multiple versions of BSD licenses. Specifically, could you clarify whether it's the 4-clause, 3-clause, or 2-clause BSD license being used?
Additionally, based on my own review, there seems to be a noticeable similarity between rem/h264/sps.c and ff_h264_decode_seq_parameter_set() in libavcodec/h264_ps.c. Considering that libavcodec/h264_ps.c is under an LGPL license, it seems logical to assume that rem/h264/sps.c would also follow the LGPL license. Could you please provide a clear explanation regarding this as well?
