Regression - cdt update --package does not work as expected

I saw recently that when I publish a new package or a new version of a package and that I run cdt update --package, nothing happens, it says that every is up to date. Whereas as soon as I launch a remote or a package command, such as cdt package list, the magic happens and the package is added/upgraded.
