Request for aws_elasticache_user_group_association resource

aws_elasticache_user_group_association

Use case:

Using elasticache.aws.upbound.io/v1beta1, kind: User to create AWS elasticache user.
Need the ability to associate the created user to user group to allow the new user permission on the elasticach cluster
