The same conditions that trigger a recording to be started should also be used to determine when to stop a recording, thereby releasing any JFR resources and eliminating the associated overhead. When the recording is stopped, the resulting JFR data should be automatically pushed to the Cryostat server instance with some informative metadata labels.
