USB jade won't sign

I'm using Specter with Swan and the transactions won't sign. I get a communication error. When I check the usb connection Specter says it is fine.

Do you mean Swan Vault?
Are you on the latest Specter version?
What error do you get exactly?
Make sure to not use the Jade with another app then Specter at the same time.
