Vault template generation does not create dirid.c9r

Summary

This is the same issue as cryptomator/cryptomator#2488. Vault temples created by hub do not contain a dirId.c9r file, thus creating a warning in the health check.

System Setup

- Hub: 1.1.0
- Keycloak: -/-
- Cryptomator (Desktop/Android/iOS): 1.7.5

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create vault in hub
2. import vault in Cryptomator
3. Run health check in cryptomator

Expected Behavior

No warning shown.

Actual Behavior

Warning about missing dirid.c9r file shown
