What are the broader thoughts on pool management?

Should we let members add/drop other members? Enable/disable the pool?

I lean a little bit that way -- are owners actually significant or should we get rid of the pool "owner"?

That's a good point. We should make everyone equivalent to the role the current "owner" has.
