error on run

got this when i ran the demo. i'm no ruby expert, so i'm guessing that there's something missing that should be included?

docker: Error response from daemon: OCI runtime create failed: container_linux.go:348: starting container process caused "exec: \"shotgun\": executable file not found in $PATH": unknown.

also, FYI, I do see that the gem was installed successfully. so, maybe it's not in the path by default or something?

I'd try to mimic the behaviour without using docker (i.e. installing the gems locally), and then see if it works?
