Unable to set SkipOriginCheck in Visual Studio

I've been trying to use the Google Test Adapter (which seems to be integrated with VS), and getting error "Executable [redacted] came from another computer and was blocked to help protect this computer.". This happens because my project is in a network drive.
I see from issue #179 that there's an option to skip origin checks, but I couldn't find a way to enable it. It's not visible in the test options in the UI. Is there a way to actually set it?
