Updated protobuf

This release only includes a freshly regenerated proto.pb.go file to fix some issues with go.

Fixed Dependency Issue

Since this was built with golang/protobuf instead of gogo/protobuf, building the plugin with heka caused some conflicts. As a result, heka-riemann-encoder now uses gogo/protobuf instead.

There are no other major changes at this time.

A Working Release

This is the first working release of heka-riemann-encoder. More polishing will likely be done.
