I recently migrated an application from VS2005 to VS2008. I took the opportunity to installed the latest version of OpenNetCF 2.3 also, however whenever I open a form, I get the following errors.

The type 'Microsoft.CompactFramework.Design.UnsafeControl' has no property named 'ImageAlign'.
The type 'Microsoft.CompactFramework.Design.UnsafeControl' has no property named 'TextAlign'.

The application compiles fine, but I cannot get to the form to make any changes. Any ideas how I can fix this?
