CTF and team merge request approval

We (team Platypwnies) would like to kindly ask you to approve our CTF called "Platypwn 2024". It has been approved before but needs approval again after we had to update its date.

If possible, we'd also love to see our team merge request approved. It has been open for at least a year now. We'd like to merge the team "Hasso Plattner Institute" into "Platypwnies" as an alias. The team "Hasso Plattner Institute" was automatically created when we participated in HackTheBox University CTF a while back.
