Multiple teams merge

Hi, I'm communicating from Uqbar the official team from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. We have participated in various CTF competitions but noticed that the results of these competitions have been submitted to different teams (maybe because HTB or other platforms do this automatically).
As we didn't know about this, we have created an account to be the principal, and we are concerned if it's possible to transfer all of these results into this account in only one team where all our members can join.
