A "D" should be displayed, but instead an underlined "F" is displayed. The 2 bit signal (IIRC) is being driven when it should not be, and the error appears to be on the actual ALD (no doubt later replaced with a fixed version.) Cure will be to disable that "2" bit when in Display mode.
