[MCC] Dockerize all tools #2

With the help of their respective developers, dockerize all tools that have competed in the Model Checking Contest.

There is already some work done in mcc4mcc.

This will allow us to create a service for continuous benchmarking, if #1 shows that there is a linear scale between executions on various computers.
