The goal of this project is to solve issues regarding what data needs to be collected when cataloging parking restrictions for citys in an electronic format.
A restriction is something put into effect by the State or the Municipal government which limit the availability of curb space for parking or stopping a vehicle. See LA's Can I Park There descriptions
