listen(port: number): http.Server;

does not allow to provide the host parameter to Node. By default Node is listening to IPv6. I want to be able to force IPv4.
Currently there's no way to provide '0.0.0.0' as the hostname parameter is missing in Curveball.

The function from Node has the following parameters:

listen(port?: number, hostname?: string, backlog?: number, listeningListener?: () => void): this;
