iOS 12 iPad Slider not working

Description of problem:
Hi there, I know this is an edge-case scenario, but I'm still using my old iPad with iOS (yes, not iPad OS) as a dashboard. I ADORE these cards but unfortunately I'm unable to use the sliders. Other than the action button and the icon, the card (slider itself) doesn't react to touch. Is there a way to make it work?

I don't think it's possible since the sliders are using javascript that isn't supported in those versions of webkit.
