Action lock.lock not available

I have a remote connection where on the main homeassistant there is a lock.
On the remote homeassistant there is not.
Homeassistant is probably optimized to not load actions it does not have itself.
This results in the lock not working on the remote home assistant because it does not have this loaded in memory.

"Action lock.lock not found"

If I check developer tools -> actions, the lock action does not exist on the remote and it does on the main one.
Is it possible to get this fixed?
