Investigate if a normal users has access to signalr in the portal, if so check if we can utilize it.

Where in the portal is signalr being using? I have an accounts for both full admin user and an unprivileged user and can test both, but I'm uncertain to what to look for.

We can use the Pysignalr library. Just open the website with dev tools. You should see it there

Chrome dev tools, not charging or anything, so just "keep alive" messages:
