When some devices is not avaialbe, but it can not reach the the callback method of the DeviceChangeListener that we seted in the ControlPoint.

I was about to confirm&debug this, but I noticed that you've done plenty of changes since last December. Is this issue still unsolved?

yeah, still have this problem.
