Steps to Reproduce

- a
- b
- c
- d
- e

Drag and drop a into d.

Current Behavior

The parent hover highlight pulse animation of d stops immediately on drop.

Drop.into.collapsed.thought.mov

Expected Behavior

The animation should continue for slowDuration before stopping. The pulse should also switch to a slower rate.
