Regression: 5b8914f

Steps to Reproduce

- [empty thought]
- b

Set the cursor on the empty thought and type a character.

Current Behavior

The height of the first thought changes:

Screen.Recording.2024-11-10.at.8.29.23.PM.mov

Expected Behavior

The height should not change.
