PDCurses 3.9

Hi, I'm maintaining the ASCIIpOrtal package for Arch Linux. could you please support PDCurses 3.9 with the SDL2 backend, and also make a non-beta release? (PDCurses 3.9 is brand new) Thanks.

Alexander, I would love to. Unfortunately I have left the software development space and don't even have an ide set up on my computer any more. I would basically have to start over and there's not room in my life for this right now. You have the code. You have my blessing to do whatever you want with it. But I probably will not be doing much with it myself.

That's understandable, thanks for the reply.

For now, I'm using the SDL1 backend for ASCIIpOrtal and it seems to work with PDCurses 3.9.
