Flex TV Supports a LOT of commands. I mean a LOT. So many, that it's honestly a little difficult to document them all.

Below is my best attempt at recording what it can do, and some of the possible ways of saying things:


General Usage

To get your Google Home device to talk to Flex, you need to ask your Google assistant to talk to Flex TV.

Starting Flex TV:
"Okay Google, talk to Flex TV"
or
"Hey Google, talk to Flex TV"
or
You can directly pass a command to Flex TV with
"Hey Google, tell Flex TV to ... Command"

Playback Commands

Play a movie:

"Play Batman Begins"
"Play Batman Begins from 30 minutes and 40 seconds"
"Play Batman Begins on the Living Room TV"
"Play Batman Begins in the Living Room"

Play a show:
"Play The Expanse"
"Play the latest episode of The Expanse"
"Play Season 2 Episode 4 of The Expanse"
"Play a random episode of The Expanse"

Playing Music:
"I want to listen to Count Basie"
"I want to hear Chet Baker"
"I feel like listening to John Coltrane"
"Listen to Art Blakey"
"Play While My Guitar Gently Weeps"
"Play While My Guitar Gently Weeps by Peter Frampton"
"Play If Heaven and Hell decide that they both are satisfied" - (LYRIC SEARCH)

Playback Controls:
"Pause."
"Stop"
"Resume"
"Set the volume to fifty percent"
"Turn it up"

Miscellaneous:

Auto Download: requires a scraper like Radarr or Sonarr
"Grab The Godfather"

Info Requests:

"What's on TV Tomorrow?" - Requires a TV Scraper or DVR for schedule data
