Very Important / Must have features:

Agent must be notified when "Admin" assigns him/her a new Ticket.
Agent must be able to view newly assigned Ticket in his/her "My Tickets" section when "Admin" assigns him/her a new Ticket.
Departments column (showing selected department) must be displayed at "ticket listview" screen (on all user screens).
