Screen goes grey after adding a node

at_abhisheksimion and at_asashour Thanks for your welcome and help, I found the main.flow.json file and have had a quick look, I can't quite work out when one node ends and another begins but I haven't really taken a proper look. I will do so in the next few days so I am sure that will sort it for me .

Also It could be argued that although not a bug in the build, problem with flow shouldn't make the interface disappear and require digging into the code, ideally there would simply be an error message.. maybe I could add that to a desired feature list.

at_pdn30 I do not think there is a bug in the build. More likely there is some problem with your main flow, which might be faulty and that is why you are not seeing any information on your flows screen.

Either you can create a new bot and define your flows per job or you can look into out\bp\data\bots\<bot_id>\flows\main.flow.json file and figure out what is faulty.

I am a newbie. I am getting the hang of the botpress platform and followed a simple youtube tutorial which worked fine until I tried to add a choice, as soon as I did the this the screen went gray. I can go back to the welcome page where the bots are displayed but when I try to run th bot I get back to the gray screen.

The same problem occured with a bot comprising a number of nodes with a simple text + execute code (value storage) combinations.

Is the build buggy or can I rectify this .

I am using build 12.3.2 on a mac, the problem also occured in 12.3.1

I would be grateful for any help with this

If your file was created from the interface, then it is a bug. Please share it if possible, for others to take it further.

Hi at_pdn30 and welcome to the community,

I would suggest that you:

• Install latest version 12.4.0 which was just released.
• Open the browser console and provide the errors (if any)
• Open the command prompt and provide the logs
