Cases VD since July

Something seems to be off with the data for the Canton of Vaud since the beginning of July. Four days with no cases followed by a jump of 1000+ cases. Probably an error?

Official data sheet from the Canton of Vaud seems to stop updating their data at the end of June.

We can find the numbers as they are declared by the Canton here:

I see, the numbers from the two data sources don't seem to match then. The entry for 29-06-2021 from the canton's data sheet is 84'327, while for the same day the confederation website says 85'343. Hence the 1000 case spike when the data source is switched.
